Booking
Can I change or cancel my booking?
At the moment we don't offer booking modification. You will have to cancel your booking and make another reservation. You can cancel anytime your booking from your customer account or using your booking reference.
Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
If your rate offers free cancellation and your are before the free cancellation deadline, you can cancel free of charge. In any other case, a cancellation fee may apply. Please check the room cancellation policy for more information.
Is charging guaranteed with my booking?
We always inform the hotel that a guest will arrive with an electric vehicle and will require a charging point. However, since charging equipments belong to the hotel we cannot garantee the availability of charger nor its compatibility with your vehicle. In case of doubt or for any issue with the charging equipment, please contact the hotel management directly.
